CHARLES E. IRWIN, JR., MD (Medicine), Professor of Pediatrics, is the Director of the Division of Adolescent Medicine and Director of the National Adolescent Health Information Center. He is responsible for the overall organization and management of the Division. His research interests include health behaviors decision making, risk taking behavior, access, quality health care services and policy analysis.
