Colette (Coco) Auerswald, MD, MS, Associate Professor in the Division of Adolescent Medicine at UCSF and Assistant Professor and Director of Research Training for the UCB-UCSF Joint Medical Program of the School of Public Health at UC, Berkeley. Her research interests include the study of the cultural and social context for HIV and STD-related behaviors in marginalized youth populations, the use of mixed qualitative and quantitative methods in adolescent health research, homeless youth and the role of social networks in adolescent health.
