Research

Amy Houtrow, MD, MPH is involved in health services research for children with disabilities and other special health care needs.  Along with other health services researchers at the Institute for Health Policy Studies, she conducts analysis of national survey data to evaluate different aspects of health care delivery, quality and access for children with special health care needs.  Her current research focuses on evaluating health screening and anticipatory guidance for children with and without special health care needs.
