Cindy Lazzaretti, RN

Cindy Lazzaretti is a R.N. and the Clinical Coordinator for the Inpatient Pediatric Rehab Program.  Her responsibilities include coordinating referrals and admissions to the pediatric rehab program, care management during the inpatient stay and discharge planning.  She also coordinates the Spina Bifida Program and the Spasticity and Movement Disorder Clinic. Her goal is to assist the team in providing optimum care and education to the patients and their families in a supportive, caring and nurturing environment.
