Clinical Programs

Critically ill children with life-threatening medical and surgical conditions are cared for in the 15-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit has a separate 8-beds for pediatric patients with heart disease. Both units are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Pediatric Critical Care specialists. In both units, state-of-the-art care is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team. Despite the high-tech environment, family-centered care is provided.
