  Family House is a small guest house specially funded for families of children with serious illnesses who live at least 50 miles away from UCSF. It costs $0-$40 per day (as much as you can afford) for a private room and shared bath, communal kitchen, dining facilities and 2 living rooms. If you would like more information and assistance in arranging housing and/or transportation, please call our pediatric bone marrow transplant social worker at (415) 476-1655.
